Scope of Services
Shivanjali Wellness provides skincare, beauty, and wellness services in Bhavnagar, including but not limited to:
- Advanced facials and skin treatments
- Waxing, threading, and hair removal
- Manicure, pedicure, and nail care
- Makeup and bridal services
- Online consultations and product sales
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Bookings & Cancellations
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we request you to adhere to the following booking policies:
- Appointments: All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or restriction from future bookings.

Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on our website or at the clinic are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Method: We accept Cash, UPI, and Card payments. Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Advance Booking: For certain high-value treatments or bridal packages, a 50% advance deposit may be required to confirm the slot.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for detailed information.

Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please inform our staff prior to any treatment if you have any of the following:
- Skin allergies, sensitivities, or rashes
- Recent sunburn or open wounds/cuts in the treatment area
- Medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy)
- Recent use of Accutane or other strong skin medications
Note: If you have a contagious skin condition (e.g., active ringworm, scabies), we reserve the right to refuse service to protect other clients and staff. Please seek medical advice first.
