Appointment Booking Fee
A nominal fee of ₹149 is charged to confirm your appointment. This fee is strictly for appointment booking and securing your time slot with our experts.

No Refund Policy
Important: The ₹149 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please ensure you are certain about your appointment date and time before proceeding with the payment.

Non-Adjustable Fee
The booking fee is not adjustable against any treatment cost or service bill. It is a separate administrative charge solely for reserving your appointment slot.

Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
To reschedule, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Phone.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited, and no further rescheduling will be provided.

Right to Modify
Shivanjali Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies). In such cases, we will notify you and offer to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
